Meet Jordan

Functional Diabetes Coach  Nurse Practitioner  Mom of 2

NICE TO MEET YOU

I'm Jordan Earle

After graduating with my MSN from Texas Tech University, I have worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner for the last 4 years. I noticed that despite attending appointments and taking the prescribed medications, the patients weren't truly getting better. Yes, their conditions may be seen as "managed," but there was very little time in the standard medical structure to help them learn how to address the root cause of their conditions.

I knew I wanted to step into a role where I could show them how to improve their health, without just offering another pill as their solution.

I have a passion for functional/integrative medicine and want to teach you how to help improve or even reverse your pre-diabetes/Type 2 diabetes, fight chronic disease, live symptom free and feel great in your body.

My Story

From a young age, I knew I wanted to help people. I knew that I wanted to be a nurse, knew exactly what that path would look like for me and had my whole career mapped out. I graduated as a Registered Nurse at age 21, then a few years and one baby later, started school for my Family Nurse Practitioner certification. I absolutely loved the new role and still love to work with patients when I step into the clinic, but felt a sense that there was more I could be doing on a base level for these patients that was not possible in the clinic. Improving general health at a cellular level, especially for diabetics, is so much more than "eat healthy and exercise" and until I could adequately convey that to patients, I knew their true improvement was limited.

Why I Do It

Over the last few years, I have been mentored by physicians, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, personal trainers and wellness navigators among many others and have discovered that it truly all comes back to one question- What is your health foundation built upon?

If you aren't healthy in your mind, gut, nervous system, movement, etc, it is almost impossible for you to find true improvement when it comes to chronic conditions and the trajectory of your health.

Once you understand what makes your body truly heal and feel great, you'll never want to go back to the standard structure of going back to the doctor just for more meds and hoping for the best.

I don't want you to have your conditions managed. I want you to find true healing.
